Many features on the site seem to not function when clicked.  What's wrong?

The awards order site uses many technologies for the web that require your browser to be up-to-date and configured to allow these technologies to run on your machine.  Please make sure that Javascript and cookies are enabled for your browser.  These settings are generally found in the Preferences or Setup of your browser.  If you are within a corporate setting, please contact your IT department to have them setup special permissions for this site to permit these technologies to execute on your computer.

My shopping cart was emptied.  What happened?

The awards order site uses a session expiration system for secure transfer of sensitive information. As a result and for your safety, your shopping cart session will be terminated after a period of 20 minutes of inactivity. To prevent from losing any entered data, please place your order within the allotted 20 minutes of activity. This time frame begins from the last action you carry out when using the site. 

Items are not being added to my cart or I receive a "session" error. What's wrong?

This site utilizes session cookies and you must have a properly configured and support browser. It is recommended that you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer. To make sure your browser is then properly configured, choose Tools from the menu bar and select Options. From within Options, click the Privacy tab. Click the Advanced button. Check the options for Override automatic cookie handling and Always allow session cookies. Apply all of these settings by clicking Ok where appropriate. Restart your browser for the change to take affect.

Also, please make sure your browser supports Javascript and that this functionality is enabled.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add an award product to your cart, choose a category from the menu above. Choose one of the listed products by clicking the name or thumbnail image. On the item detail page, make any customization or options selections you desire.  Click Add to  Cart to place the award product in your shopping cart. You may also preview the engraving of particular products and then choose to add the product to your cart.

How do I view the items in my cart?

To view your cart at any time, click the View Cart from the left hand menu (noted by the shopping cart icon).  This page will give a detailed listing of all products you currently have in your cart.  Your shopping cart total will appear at the bottom of this page.

How can I edit/modify the items in my cart?

If you have made an error in one of your product selections, you can easily modify the item's properties.  Navigate to the View Cart page.  Find the product you wish to modify and click the Edit button.  This will take you to the item detail page where you can make any necessary changes to your customization.  Once satisfied with your selection, click the Modify button.

How do I remove items from my cart?

To remove any item from your shopping cart, navigate to the View Cart page and click the Remove button next to the product you wish to remove.  You will be prompted to confirm your removal choice.

I'm finished shopping? How do I checkout?

Once you have products in your shopping cart, you may easily access the Check Out feature by clicking the Check Out link from the menu at any time.  You may also click the Check Out Now button located on the View Cart page as well to start the order process after viewing your cart contents.

When you are ready to check out, you will first need to provide customer shipping information.  This information pertains to the individual the order will be shipped to.  All required fields are noted.  Also, be sure to choose your method of UPS delivery.  The awards store will only ship via UPS.  When you are finished with shipping information, click the Continue button.  You will then be prompted to complete billing information.  If billing information (as it pertains to the PO number used) is the same as shipping, click the checkbox to quickly populate all fields.  Otherwise, fill out the noted fields.  Your order amount and shipping amount will be shown below this information.  If you wish to change your method of shipping, choose to Change the method.  Click the Continue button to view a confirmation of your order.  If you agree with the information presented, complete your order by clicking the Place Order button.  Your credit card will be charged and your order will then be processed.  If your credit card is rejected, the noted reason will be listed and you will have the opportunity to reenter your billing information.  If your credit card is declined or there is an error, your order WILL NOT be placed.

My credit card was decline.  Why?

If paying by credit card, our system utilizes Authorize.Net's secure credit card processing and verification system.  Consequently, you must insure that all information pertaining to your billing information matches the information that accompanies your credit card.  Please make sure the credit card number is valid and that you selected the proper credit card type.  Also, please double check the security code number entered for the card.  Also, verify that the billing address you specified is identical to the billing address that has been specified with the bank of the issuing credit card.  Any mismatches with this information will cause the credit card to be declined.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check your order status at anytime, click the Order Status link from the menu. You will need to either specify the billing first name, last name, and email address to seach your order history, or enter the order number to view a specify order's status. You can also click the link in your confirmation E-Mail to view your order status.
